Chocolate Ties is the first of the "Sweet Super Bowl Sensation" dessert affair series. This mature, fashionable and highly anticipated event will feature A-list guests, delicious desserts, signature beverages and soothing sounds in each host city. This evening affair, at the Feather Sound Country Club in Clearwater, is staged after dinner and before the late night parties in an effort to provide a relaxed, social, mingling and networking outlet for our attendees. So come walk the chocolate carpet with a wealth of celebrities including professional athletes, and well-known entertainers.
Feature: Angels Can't Help But Laugh
Join us for the screening of actress Terri J. Vaughn's documentary Angels Can't Help But Laugh, as she sits down with 25 of Hollywood’s actresses to discuss how they deal with being in today’s entertainment industry. While media floods unrealistic ideas to the general public about these women, this documentary allows viewers a candid, un-scripted exposure into the minds and hearts of these actresses.
Terri J. Vaughn, producer of the documentary "Angels Can't Help But Laugh", has been honored with three NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress on "The Steve Harvey Show" and was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her shocking, lesbian role on "Soul Food". This multi-faceted thespian also received a nomination for a 2005 BET Comedy Award for her work on "All of Us."
This documentary seeks to reveal the essence of these real women as they open up to talk about their fears, disappointments, successes, families, careers and the state of "Black Hollywood".

Chocolate Chills
LaTanya White, of 71 Proof LLC, and sponsor Premier Beverage have come together to create the evening's chocolate cocktails. The team will present the Chocolate Tie as our signature chilled cocktail for the evening. In addition to the Chocolate Tie, our bars will serve other original chocolate chills including The Alchemist and Chocolate Soul. All recipes were created by 71 Proof, LLC. The liqueurs used in each recipe are courtesy of Premier Beverage.
